Public Vehicle Auctions
Riggs Towing & Recovery hosts public vehicle auctions throughout the year, giving buyers the opportunity to bid on a variety of vehicles at our Fairfax, Iowa location. Auction dates and available vehicles are announced in advance, and a list of vehicles will be posted before each event so bidders can review what's available.

Before You Attend
To help ensure a safe and organized auction experience, all bidders are required to follow our auction guidelines.
Auction Requirements & Rules

Must present a valid Iowa driver's license to register and bid.

Cash payments only.

Vehicles are sold AS IS with no warranties or guarantees.

Vehicle inventory is subject to change before the auction.

No smoking on the property.

No children or pets allowed.

No entry into vehicles before purchase.

Two people are permitted per bidder number.

Buyers are responsible for understanding out-of-state titling requirements.

All purchased vehicles must be removed from the property by 12:00 PM on the Monday following the auction. Riggs Towing & Recovery is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage occurring during the auction.
