To ensure your vehicle is ready for release when you arrive, please call our office in advance to schedule a pickup appointment. Scheduling ahead helps minimize wait times and allows our team to have the necessary paperwork prepared before you arrive.

Public Impounds
Public impounds are requested by a law enforcement agency. Before your vehicle can be released, you'll need to obtain a release authorization from the agency that ordered the impound. Please secure your release paperwork before arriving at our facility.

All towing and storage charges must be paid before your vehicle or personal property can be released. Vehicles can be picked up 7 days a week between 8am and 5pm
